Mr. S. Ramprasad has over 20 years of experience in finance, corporate secretarial practice, legal affairs, and regulatory compliance. An Associate Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ACS), he holds an MBA in Finance and a Bachelor of Laws (L.L.B.).

Prior to joining Frontier Lifeline Hospital, he was associated with the Tata Group in the real estate sector. He oversees finance and accounting, corporate governance, risk management, and compliance, bringing a structured approach to financial stewardship and organisational accountability.
