Frontier Lifeline Hospital was founded by Padma Shri Dr. K.M. Cherian, one of India’s most pioneering cardiothoracic surgeons. As the surgeon who performed India’s first heart transplant, and a leader in paediatric and complex cardiac surgery, Dr. Cherian set new standards in precision, courage, and patient care. His vision went beyond building a hospital: to create an institution rooted in clinical excellence, ethical practice, and academic rigour, where care would be sustained through systems and teamwork rather than individual effort alone.
